These terms apply to everyone who reserves, pays for, attends, sponsors, exhibits at, presents at or speaks at the Summit. Paying, reserving or attending is acceptance of them. Version 1.4, 21 September 2026.
The Summit is hosted by EPS Singapore and co-organised by RNJ Hotel, Baguio City, and convened by Jen De Los Santos, JD. The contracting party for your payment is the entity named on your payment receipt ("the Organiser"). Where these terms say "we" or "us", they mean the Organiser.
The Summit is a professional and educational convening. It runs over three days in December 2026 in Clark Freeport Zone, Baguio City and La Union, Philippines, and is the first edition (Summit Uno) of a three-year series.
Each item on the Summit page is a fixed fee for what its description says, and nothing more. In summary:
| Item | What it includes |
|---|---|
| Company Pass | One seat, the CEO or one named representative of the company, for all three days: the programme, the coordinated inter-city coaches, the Day 1 gala, and a seat at the closing Corporate Discussions Table. Once the pass is paid and the company profile is sent, the company name and country appear on the wall of the 100. |
| Additional Delegate | One further seat for the same company, on the same terms as the Company Pass. |
| One-Day Pass | One person, one day of the programme, chosen at registration. |
| Sponsorship tiers | Visibility, access and participation as listed for the tier on the Summit page or in the sponsorship prospectus. Entitlements are delivered as listed; placement, order and timing on stage and in print are at the Organiser's discretion. |
| Showcase Pitch Place | For an accepted project, three privileges for one fee: a timed showcase pitch of the business to the room, the project presentation on site or virtual, and an exhibition booth on site across the two Summit days, with the programme listing and one person on a three-day pass, the one who represents the company. A companion from the same company may join for the three days at a participation fee of USD 300. Eighteen places, allocated in order of acceptance and payment. A showcase presents a business and its work; it is not a funding conversation and nothing is offered to the room. |
| Project Listing, Flagship Feature, Project Site Showcase | Programme listing and, where included, stage or on-site presentation time and delegate passes, for projects the Organiser has accepted. Application first; the fee is due on acceptance. Places are limited (two flagship features; two site showcases per city) and are allocated in order of acceptance and payment. |
Hotel rooms and flights are not included in any pass, deposit, sponsorship or fee. Flights, accommodation, meals outside the programme, visas, insurance and personal expenses are not included unless the item's description says so. Delegates book their own rooms; the Organiser may arrange a room block and will pass the details on, but the booking is between you and the hotel.
Prices are stated in US dollars with a Philippine peso equivalent alongside. The peso figure is fixed at the rate shown on the page on the day you pay; the Organiser may refresh the peso figures if the exchange rate moves materially, without changing the dollar price. Early-bird prices apply to payments received on or before 15 November 2026; regular rates apply after that date.
You may pay by card through the Summit's secure checkout (Stripe), or in Philippine pesos by Maya, GCash or InstaPay to the account shown on the Summit's local payment page. A card payment is complete when the checkout confirms it. A peso wallet or bank transfer is complete only when the Organiser has matched it to the reference number you submit; submitting a reference is a statement that you have paid, not proof of payment, and no item is confirmed until the money is seen.
A numbered acknowledgment receipt is issued by email for every completed payment. Keep it; it is your proof of purchase and your pass at registration. If you need a receipt or invoice in a particular name, tell the Summit desk before you pay.
Prices exclude any taxes, duties, bank charges or currency-conversion fees that your bank, card issuer or wallet may apply. Any Philippine value-added tax or withholding that applies to a fee is stated on the receipt.
Payment made by a person on behalf of a company binds that company to these terms, and the person paying confirms they have authority to do so.
Any item may be held with a reservation deposit of 35% of the item's price, or, where the Summit page offers it, a fixed open-spot reservation of USD 500 on account, which is the final verification payment for sponsorships and applications. A deposit holds the place in the name given at reservation.
The balance of the price is due on site at registration on the first day you attend, or earlier if you choose to pay in full. Where a USD 500 reservation is more than 35% of the item's price, the excess is applied against the balance; where it is less, the difference is part of the balance. A member of the Summit desk confirms the exact figures with you by email after you reserve.
If the balance is not paid at registration, the reservation lapses, the deposit is forfeited, and the place may be given to another company. Sponsorship and exhibition balances are due on the date stated on the sponsor's invoice, and in any case before the Summit opens.
A pass may be transferred to another named person from the same company at no charge, by written notice to the Summit desk at least seven days before the Summit opens. Transfers to another company are at the Organiser's discretion. Sponsorship and exhibition entitlements are not transferable.
A One-Day Pass may be upgraded to a Company Pass, and a Company Pass may add delegates, at any time before the Summit opens by paying the difference at the rate in force on the day of the upgrade.
Refunds that are due are made to the original payment method within thirty days of the written request, less any bank, card or wallet charges the Organiser cannot recover. Refunds are made in the currency paid.
The dates, venues, programme, speakers and format published on the Summit page are the plan as it stands and may change. The Organiser may change the programme, the venues within the three cities, the order of days, and the speakers, without liability, and will publish changes on the Summit page and by email to paid attendees.
If the Organiser cancels the Summit outright and does not reschedule, all amounts paid to the Organiser for passes, deposits, sponsorship, exhibition and presentation fees are refunded in full within sixty days. The Organiser is not liable for any other cost, including travel, accommodation or preparation, and you are advised to book refundable travel and to hold travel insurance.
Force majeure. If the Summit is prevented, delayed or curtailed by an event outside the Organiser's reasonable control, including natural disaster, epidemic, public-health order, government action, strike, failure of transport or utilities, or the unavailability of a venue, the Organiser may postpone, relocate within the Philippines, deliver parts of the programme online, or cancel, and the paragraphs above on postponement and cancellation apply.
Admission is by confirmed registration in the name on the receipt, with identification. The Organiser may refuse admission to, or remove from any venue, any person whose conduct is disruptive, unlawful, unsafe, or disrespectful to other participants, staff, speakers or the venues, without refund.
You attend at your own risk and are responsible for your own belongings, health, travel documents and insurance. Follow the safety instructions of the venues, the coach operators and the Summit staff, in particular during the coach transfers and the Day 3 site visits.
The stage rule. Every speaker and presenter is briefed in writing before the Summit: a presentation describes a business, a project or its work. It is not an offer or solicitation of securities to the room, it makes no projection of returns, and it is not a recommendation. The Organiser reviews every presentation and speech before the Summit against the Securities Regulation Code of the Philippines (Republic Act No. 8799) and its rules on public statements about capital and opportunities, and may require changes or withdraw stage time, without refund, where a presentation would breach that rule. Attendees who wish to pursue anything they hear do so independently, with their own advisers, outside the Summit.
The Summit is photographed and recorded. By attending you consent to your image, likeness, voice and company name appearing in photographs, video and audio taken at the Summit and in the Organiser's publications, websites, social media and future Summit materials, without payment. If you do not wish to be photographed, tell the registration desk on arrival and wear the marker provided; reasonable efforts will be made to exclude you from published material.
Paid companies that send a company profile agree that their company name, country and, where supplied, logo appear on the wall of the 100 on the Summit page and in Summit materials. No individual's name is published on the wall. Ask the Summit desk in writing to remove a company from the wall at any time.
Attendees may not record sessions for publication or commercial use without the Organiser's written consent. Speakers' materials remain the speakers' property.
The Organiser collects the personal data you give when you visit the Summit pages, reserve, register, apply, pay and attend: name, company, role, email, mobile, country, and the details of what you reserved or paid. It is used to run the Summit, to send you the confirmations, programme and practical information you are entitled to, to keep a record of payments, to fulfil the entitlements you bought, and to invite you to future editions of the Summit. It is shared with the payment processors you choose to pay through, with the venues and coach operators to the extent needed to seat, transport and register you, and with the co-organiser and host for the same purposes. It is not sold.
The Summit pages use a first-party cookie to count visits and to connect a visit to a later registration. You may decline cookies in your browser; the pages still work.
Personal data is handled under the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and its rules. You may ask what we hold about you, ask for correction or deletion, and withdraw consent for future marketing, by writing to the Summit desk. Requests are answered within thirty days.
To the fullest extent the law allows, the Organiser's total liability to you in connection with the Summit, however arising, is limited to the amounts you paid to the Organiser for the item concerned. The Organiser is not liable for indirect, consequential or economic loss, for loss of profit, business or opportunity, for the acts or omissions of venues, hotels, transport operators, speakers, presenters, sponsors, exhibitors or other attendees, or for anything you do in reliance on anything said or shown at the Summit. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute is first raised in writing with the Summit desk, which will answer within fifteen business days. A dispute not resolved within thirty days of that answer is submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the proper courts of Baguio City, Philippines, to the exclusion of all other venues.
The Organiser may update these terms; the version in force is the one published on this page on the date you pay, and material changes are notified by email to paid attendees. If any part of these terms is held unenforceable, the rest stands.
Summit desk: founderasia1979@pinaylegacy.global. Host office: EPS Singapore, Level 24, CapitaGreen, 138 Market Street, Singapore, Ph: +65 6679 6237. Written notices under these terms are effective when sent to the Summit desk email and acknowledged.
