Three days, three cities. Everything practical, on one page. Kept current; check it again the week before.
Why Clark: New Clark City in Capas, Tarlac, is set to host an AI and advanced manufacturing hub under the US-led Pax Silica initiative, on about 1,620 hectares led by the Bases Conversion and Development Authority with the United States Department of State, with site works expected from early 2028. The Summit opens where the region's next AI corridor is being drawn.
Day 1 is in Clark Freeport Zone, Pampanga. Fly into Clark International Airport (CRK), which has direct regional services. Manila (MNL) is the alternative, about two hours from Clark by road.
Arrive on Wednesday, 2 December 2026. The Day 3 coaches return to Clark on the Saturday afternoon, so depart from Clark no earlier than the evening of Saturday 5 December, or on Sunday 6 December.
Coaches are coordinated by the Summit for pass holders: Clark to Baguio City on the morning of Day 2, about three hours up into the mountains; Baguio City to La Union on Day 3, and back to Clark in the afternoon. Seats are assigned from your confirmation.
Hotel rooms and flights are not included in any pass or fee. Delegates book their own rooms. A delegate room block is being arranged in Clark for the night of 2 December and at RNJ Hotel, Baguio City for the nights of 3 and 4 December; the details and the booking code come with your confirmation from the Summit desk. Speakers' rooms are arranged by the organisers.
