Lupa To Legacy™ - A Strategic Program of EPS ASYA
Privacy Policy
Effective 10 August 2026 · Governed by the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (R.A. 10173) and its IRR
1. Who we are
Lupa To Legacy™, a Strategic Program of EPS ASYA ("we", "us"), operates pinaylegacy.global, providing business education, consulting, and mentoring services. Contact for all privacy matters: founderasia1979@pinaylegacy.global.
2. What we collect, and why
- Contact details (name, email, mobile/WhatsApp) — when you request our free materials, apply to our programs, or enrol a project. Used to deliver what you requested, to send relevant follow-up, and — in irreversibly hashed form only — to measure whether our advertising reached you.
- Business context you choose to share (your bottleneck selection, application answers, and anything you write in our free-text fields) — used solely to prepare and personalize our response to you. Treated as strictly confidential, read only by our founder and professional team.
- Payment confirmations (name on account, reference number, amount) — to verify purchases and deliver paid materials. We never see or store your card numbers; card payments are processed by Stripe, wallet payments by Maya.
- Usage data — this site uses the Meta (Facebook) Pixel and standard server logs to measure our advertising and site performance. This may involve cookies and similar technologies operated by Meta under its own policies. Where you submit your name, email address or mobile number, these may also be converted into a non-reversible hashed value in your browser and transmitted to Meta for advertising measurement. Meta receives only the hashed value and never the original text. Your business context, application answers and free-text responses are never included.
3. Legal bases
We process personal data on the bases of consent (you submit our forms voluntarily), contract (delivering what you purchased), and legitimate interest (securing our systems and measuring our marketing), per R.A. 10173 §12.
4. Sharing
We do not sell personal data. We share it only with processors necessary to operate: our hosting provider, email delivery, payment processors (Stripe, Maya), and Meta for advertising measurement — each under their own compliance regimes. If we feature member milestones publicly, we publish roles, industries and countries only — never names or identifying details.
5. Retention & security
Data is kept only as long as needed for the purposes above or as law requires, stored on access-controlled systems outside the public web root. Confidential submissions are additionally covered by our stated confidentiality commitment, and formal mutual NDAs upon engagement.
6. Your rights
Under R.A. 10173 you may access, correct, object to processing of, or request deletion of your personal data, and lodge complaints with the National Privacy Commission. Email us and we will act within the periods required by law.
7. Updates
We may update this policy; the effective date above will change accordingly.
