We are not a law firm, accounting firm, bank, lender, investment house, or broker-dealer, and nothing on this site is legal, tax, investment, or credit advice, nor an offer or solicitation of securities in any jurisdiction (R.A. 8799). Lupa To Legacy is not a real estate brokerage, appraisal, or real estate consultancy practice, and does not offer real estate services to the public. Where ventures described on this site involve land or development, Lupa To Legacy and its partners act solely as owners and principals of their own projects — founder-side, never practitioner-side. Our team is additionally developing a Longevity PropTech platform, currently reserved for the 100 companies of the longevity ecosystem we convene.
Digital products are delivered automatically by email upon confirmed payment (card via Stripe; Maya/bank transfers upon verification). Access links are personal to the purchaser and may not be shared, resold, or republished. Program and membership admissions are by application and are never guaranteed by payment of an application step.
All materials — the Blueprint, playbooks, case files, frameworks, brand, and the Lupa To Legacy™ name — are our intellectual property (R.A. 8293). Personal, non-transferable license only; no reproduction, resale, or derivative use without written consent.
Members must keep member-only materials (including coded case files) strictly confidential. We publish member milestones only in anonymized form. Misuse of another member's information or of confidential materials is grounds for immediate removal without refund, alongside legal remedies.
We teach and build with diligence and real experience; we do not and cannot guarantee business results, financing approvals, revenues, or any specific outcome. Testimonials and case studies describe specific situations and are not promises of similar results.
You agree to provide accurate information in applications and forms, not to probe, scrape, or attempt to access non-public areas of this site, and not to use our materials to harm others.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability in connection with this site or any digital product is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing herein excludes liability for fraud or bad faith (Arts. 1170–1171, Civil Code).
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Disputes go first to good-faith settlement, then to the proper courts of the Philippines. Electronic acceptance is valid (R.A. 8792).
